   Ah… ouais…

   My French teacher in high school taught us “ouais” and then became annoyed when people started using it a lot. She was so fun to tease

   Plus, she was awesome because she was in her 50’s, fabulous like Audrey Hepburn, unmarried, and refused to be called anything but “mademoiselle.” I miss her.
