Not even in Paris, not even at the end of my flipping street. I was already having a not-too-good day, thank you very much. Didn’t need this.
*Is “The Place” Denver, Colorado? No, it is not. [Awww, doesn't this bring back memories of my trip home this summer? Life is different now in so many ways.]

I love oysters! Did you get any?
BTW: Isn’t Utah Beach where one of the WWII battle took place? According to that green map on the placard though, Utah Beach appears to be all the way over in Brittany as opposed to Normandy… Is my geography getting rusty?
AND- how the h*ll does a place in France get named “Utah?”
Questions, Questions, Questions!!!

You named The Place! Now you must DIE!
[Blank] Beach is indeed in Normandy. According to Wikipedia, it was codenamed that by the Allies during WWII. I guess the French just decided to keep the name, though it’s not a very easy word for a French-speaking person to pronounce. That’s why it’s better left unsaid…
[I don't eat oysters. Yuck!]

October 27th, 2006 at 9:00 pmUghhh…even the dot on the sign which designates the location of the town in France is red - I guess this means that Utah Beach supports tax cuts for the rich, perpetual war, torture, and gay marriage. Oops, I meant banning gay marriage, definitely banning…Do they have a Mitt Romney election committee in Utah Beach?

Gadfleye- you are just TOO funny!!!
